1 What types of elevators do you install?

All types of products listed in the page suiting with residential, commercial and other purposes.

2 What is the process for getting an elevator installed?

An Engineer with the technical team will inspect the site and acquire all necessary information (technical, construction, power etc…) before proposing what is appropriate.

3 How long does elevator installation take?

Usually it varies from 60 days to 120 days depending on the scope of the operation.

4 What safety features are included in your elevators?

(Emergency stop alarms, battery backup, full screen sensor, Intercom etc...)

5 What about the pricing?

Depends on the needs and the features of the client.

6 What is the space required for an elevator installation, can this be done in an existing building?

There is a minimum requirement stipulated by the authorities. Generally it is a 3 x 3 interior dimension (minimum) of the unit which needs to be met. Installation in any building is a possibility as long as the minimum criteria is fulfilled.

7 What are the electrical requirements to install an elevator?

Single Phase and 3 Phase supply is mandatory, must be attached with the premises electrical system.

8 How does the elevator maintenance work, how often should I inspect the unit?

Depends on the usage of the unit. It could be monthly, once in 2 months or a suitable duration in accordance with the usage of the unit. Annual inspection will be sufficient for a newly installed unit.

9 What would happen if proper maintenance is not done?

Customers will face regular breakdown, repairs eventually leading into major repairs etc…

10 Do you offer maintenance contracts, what is your response time for service calls?

Yes we do, at the outset of the sales agreement we do sign a separate service contract for the maintenance. However the first 2 years upon installation of the unit will be entitled for a monthly free-service up to 2 years. Usually within 24 hours, however on call service is possible on occasions where the situation demands.

11 Can we go with a customized option for the elevators we require?

Yes of course.

12 Is it necessary to have a “Pit” for the installation of elevator?

With the modern developments in technology there are units available for installation without the need for “Pit”. Here customer has the option to choose in accordance with the requirement.

13 Any common elevator safety tips?

Avoid standing near doors, avoid pressing the instruction buttons more than once while inside the elevator which could affect the functioning of the elevator, etc…

14 How can I choose the right elevator for my needs?

Since we have tailor-made and customized options customer has the convenience choosing what deems fit for them

15 Do you service all types of elevators and escalators?

Yes.

16 Can my elevator work during a power outage?

Simple answer is NO however back up with power generators and other sources of electricity such Solar or Equivalent could do the job.

17 What is ARD (Auto Rescue Device) or ELD (Emergency Landing Device)?

Eg:-In case of a power failure the cabin would land to the nearest floor for the passengers to leave safely.
