Depends on the usage of the unit. It could be monthly, once in 2 months or a suitable duration in accordance with the usage of the unit. Annual inspection will be sufficient for a newly installed unit.

Yes we do, at the outset of the sales agreement we do sign a separate service contract for the maintenance. However the first 2 years upon installation of the unit will be entitled for a monthly free-service up to 2 years. Usually within 24 hours, however on call service is possible on occasions where the situation demands.

With the modern developments in technology there are units available for installation without the need for “Pit”. Here customer has the option to choose in accordance with the requirement.
Avoid standing near doors, avoid pressing the instruction buttons more than once while inside the elevator which could affect the functioning of the elevator, etc…

Yes.
Simple answer is NO however back up with power generators and other sources of electricity such Solar or Equivalent could do the job.
Eg:-In case of a power failure the cabin would land to the nearest floor for the passengers to leave safely.
